Please take over. Crash seems to be caused by the changes of cws ka009.
Please investigate non-pro build, then you we get a couple of times the
assertion: "ImageList::InsertFromHorizontalStrip - very odd size in
/vcl/source/gdi/image.cxx at line 651

Interestingly, I can't repeat this with our version in ooo-build - using these
patches, even with the 'default' icon theme.
Unfortunately building src680-m<latest> will take many hours to finish, that is
when the source has packed (another hour or two).
I'll chase and try to repeat it under valgrind & try to see if it's related to
the issue I mailed you about (ka) last month - in case that got dropped:

unfortunately, the number of conflicts updating ooo-build to src680-m215 is
large, and even hacking past most of them - the thing doesn't even configure out
of the box :-) so - I won't be able to get to this until Kendy pulls up
ooo-build to m215 next Tuesday/Wed: sorry.

ka=>mmeeks: I fixed the bug in CWS ka011, which is meant as a P1 bugfix CWS,
just containing this bugfix. Bugfix itself was quite easy, just added some
ckecks for NULL pointers in ::InsertFromHorizontalBitmap and used correct
comparison in DBG_ASSERT for testing bitmap width.
