I have a Windows 2000 PC with two video cards.  Each is attached to a display
running 1024x768 sitting side by side.  Using the Windows 2000 display
properties, I have configured my desktop to be side by side.  THis makes the
desktop appear as a 2048x768 display.  As such, I can open an application on the
main monitor (the left one), and then drag the window over to the right hand
monitor.  

When I do this with Open Office and run one of the applications to the right
hand display, menus don't appear in the proper place.  If I select File from the
menu bar, the drop down menu doesn't appear underneath File.  Instead, it
appears on the far right edge of the left hand display.  The same is true for
all menu bar drop down menus, as well as Right-Click pop-up menus.

Issue is fixed into inhouse version (build 7985) and will be 
contained in a next OpenOffice build
