Configuration:
 Windows 98, 256K memory, two monitors.
   Primary monitor 640X480 secondary monitor 1152X864.
 Started the presentation program, it appears on the primary monitor.
 Moved the programs window to the second monitor.
 When I clicked on the main menu the drop down menu appeared on the 
   primary monitor. It appears disconnected from the menu bar.

please have a look at this issue.
Maybe it is double to #3428 but it is not a NT OS.

Issue is fixed into inhouse version (build 7985) and will be 
contained in a next OpenOffice build
