Description CSV 2019-12-29 17:38:05 UTC
There is no feature to change the default alignment of text in cells.
I NEVER use the defaults, leading to extra work.
Can we add a checkbox in the Format > Cells > Alignment block to set selected features as default?
If I missed the setup of this I apologize in advance.

The setting for this could of course be located in Tools > Options > OpenOffice Calc.

You are in wrong place here. This tool is a bug tracking system and not a help desk.

You must use a style and a template if you want this setting.

Please refer first on users mailing list or forum:

"You must use a style and a template if you want this setting."

Why?

Why not use my example, it would be faster. Why could I set a lot of things and not this? Is this difficult to program?

Faster for you but for me, a template extends this for more customizations.
