Several people have pointed out over the last four days that the files in the
"Files" section ("ProjectDownloadList"), accessible from the top project navbar,
have disappeared. 
I confirmed this by adding a two files, an sxc file and a simple jpg to Website
project. The process went smoothly enough, but in the end, no files were visible
and I was presented with the message,
"There are no downloads for this project."  

In contrast, the "Documentation" section ("ProjectDocumentList") shows files but
has other problems. See http://fr.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=9583.

this is a rather urgent issue, as it affects the working of many projects; hence
the p1 status.
Some context: it is possible this is related to the recent work to resolve OO IZ
8907 (http://fr.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=8907), pcn 12706.

update: i was able to confirm Louis' findings i.e.'no files were
visible ... "There are no downloads for this project." Internal issue
pcn 13487 investigates this bug.

action plan: we'll monitor internal issue for updates by engineers.

Next upate: Monday, 12/16

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.

For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.
