Send document does not work with PPTX

A pptx file is opened with impress from within a mail client. The document is modified and should be sent via File/Send as document. An error occurs: "An error occurred in sending this message. Possible Errors could be a missing user account or a defective setup. Please check the OpenOffice.org settings or your email program settings." Maybe the reason is, that Impress 3.0.x can´t save pptx, but the error message is misleading. Saving the document (as odp) and sending this odp-document is ok.
