I'm using  OO 3.0.1 OOO300m15 build 9379. 

as you can see in the attached picture  the math editor can write Hebrew well.
but in the document it self the  arrangement of the words is mixed. the letters
appear in the right order. 
as you can see, in the math editor i wrote : 
מתקף וקטורי 
but the writer showed : 
וקטורי מתקף

MRU->TL: as shown in the attached document, Hebrew text is in wrong order in the
formula view.
