- open the attached database document
- open the contained report for editing
- select the text box
- in the property browser, click the "..." button for the "Font" property
=> The "Character Settings" dialog opens
- activate the "Background" tab page
=> Error: DocShell not found!
- select any font background other than "no fill"
- close the dialog with OK
- open the dialog, again
=> the background has been reset to "no fill"
