Open the send bugdoc: on the masterpage there is a page number field inserted
that is not shown in edit mode or presentation mode. I cannot rebuild this,
happens only with this bugdoc. The issue is initially reported on MAC but does
also happen on other OS (Windows).

This may be connected to certain optimizations in the new drawing layer:  the
page number field is otherwise empty.  When the bounding box is calculated at
the wrong time then it is empty, too.  The shape is optimized away.

@AW: Can you verify or falsify this hypothesis?

this works as designed as the creator of this document has choosen 'none' as the
format for page numbers.

@cl->fl: This setting can be changed in the "Format->Page" dialog in the group
"Layout settings". There is a checkbox named "Fot object to paper format"  and a
ComboBox with the inspiring label "Format". This is self explaining as a space
shuttle cockpit. I think this badly needs some redesign..
