Page number does not addapt to slides shown in custom presentations

- Create presentation with 4 slides
- Show page numbers (Insert | Page number)
- Create custom slide show (Presentation | Custom presentation)
  with 1, 2, 4
- Run the presentation
   > slide numbers shown are 1, 2, 4

I would expect that the slides shown are numbered 1, 2, 3

I think that would rather be an enhancement. Reassigned. @af: what is it, defect
or enhancement? I cannot find any hint that this should work...
