I have a document with registering changes turned on (menu: edit -> changes ->
register). When I change some text to small caps (menu: format -> change letter
size -> small caps) it doesn't register as change.

Note that I use language other than English, so the names of menu entries above
could be slightly wrong (I just translated them back to English).

As described, when changing a part of text via "Format.Change case" it is not
recognized as tracked change in Redlining.
