Description daniel.rentz 2008-12-30 12:54:56 UTC
It is very difficult to select the dialog frame in the Basic dialog editor. The
only way is to exactly click on the border line of the frame. I would expect at
least that clicking the dialog window title bar selects the frame.

I don't think that it's a defect if something is difficult, but works in general.
In this case, it worked like this as long as I can remember. That's no reason
to refuse improvement but it I doubt that it's so urgent to justify a 3.2 target.
-> ENHANCEMENT, 3.x. STARTED

ab->fl: I like dr's suggestion in general. What do you think?

ab->aw: Do you know if this is a general drawing layer or a Dialog Editor
specific behavior?
Comment 2 Armin Le Grand 2009-01-06 11:45:58 UTC
AW->AB: AFAIK it's hard-wired in the dialog code; there is no SdrObject which
represents the dialog itself (it's even drawn hard-wired), so there is no
selection logic used from the DrawingLayer. HTH.
