Can reproduce it with DEV300m37 on WinXP and Fedora

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new document, Writer Calc or Drawing
2 Tools -> Macros -> Organize Macros -> OpenOffice.org or OOo-dev Basic, click
  'Organizer' button on OOo Basic Macros dialog, switch to Libraries Tab 
3 Create a new library named 'libraryTest1' - OK, 
  close all of dialogs and then close OOo
4 Reopen OOo, repeat step 2, select 'libraryTest1' and click 'delete' button

Result 
OOo crashes

Expectation
Can delete the new library

cannot reproduce a crash with oo 3.0.1 m14 on win 32 vista,
but the library won't be deleted on first try ... one has to click a
second time on 'delete' button to remove the library...

I also couldn't reproduce the crash, but something strange happens here.
-> P3, -> OOo 3.2, STARTED

Can't reproduce it with DEV310m5 on WinXP, but can reproduce it with DEV300m37 
on WinXP.
