The Xmerge serializer escapes some user output tags , and therefore are they are
treated like character data, and displayed in the loaded document

Aidan:
 Committed new xmerge.jar to framework/filter/source/jars and zetted
it for next SRX644 build. 
The problem was caused by aan error in the serializer code which
treats some user defined tags as CDATA which is escaped.
