Description brant 2002-11-28 03:36:22 UTC
On Windows XP, the shared templates, etc. should saved to Documents and
Settings/All Users/Application Data/OpenOffice.org. Likewise, user-specific
templates, etc. should be saved to Documents and Settings/(user
name)/Application Data/OpenOffice.org.
This scheme is standard and it makes backups very easy because only one
directory needs to be backed up.

ATR: Hi Falko, I think this is more an enhancement.
Comment 2 falko.tesch 2003-01-27 08:48:37 UTC
Well, this would imply that we have different setups/directory
structure for different Windows versions (NT, 2K, ME, 98SE and XP).
This is no feasible solution.
Furthermore with our coming StarOffice configuration Manager it will
be adjustable.
Thus: wontfix.
