I've attached a doc and odt files that illustrate the various visible problems.
The document has originally been written in Word, and the only visible
difference when opening it in Writer (besides formatting issues), is the picture
in the title page.
I've grouped two pictures and added them to the document. Grouping was done
using OOo Draw, due to this bug:

After exporting back to doc, and opening it in Word, things start looking a lot
different. First, there is no header after the page with the TOC. And second,
the grouped image is not visible at all. Only the caption and empty space remain.

First, please only submit ONe problem per issue, as it is described in
http://qa.openoffice.org/ooQAReloaded/Docs/QA-Reloaded-BasicRules.html.

The problem exporting the header settings is already tracked in issue 64866. In
this issue we will handle the problem importing the graphic on first page.

MRU->OD: could you please have a look why the content of the graphic is not
shown? It is correctly imported as one can see in the graphic's properties.
Maybe the "Greyscale" effect is applied wrongly?
