Calc not block opened *.xls file for write access.
Step to reproduce:
1. Open *.xls file
2. Open this file on another computer or another version OOo.
Second file opened in write - access mode.
In ealer version this file opened in read only mode.
This problem present in 3.0 RC1 and not presenm in 3.0_m26.

Same if writer opens .doc files

Confirm with OOo 3.0 on Windows and Linux.
This bug occurs with *.xls and *.doc files. *.ods (*.odt) files works fine.

I changed field "Component" from "Spreadsheet" to "framework" and fields
"Summary" and "Priority".
