The one-download-click on OOo-homepage is broken. Someone updated the
JS-variable to 3.0 but it must be 3.0.0

var VERSION = "3.0"; 
should be changed to
var VERSION = "3.0.0";

Please update. The download.openoffice.org page is fine.
