Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 9429
“Compare Document” can't find Inserted frames
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:38:26 UTC
I found that “Compare Document” can't find Inserted frames: 1.Open a document file in Writer. 2.From manu bar, select “File”->”Save as” and save this document to another file name. 3.Insert a frame in any place of this document (From manu bar, select "Insert"->"Frame"->OK. You can also typing something in this frame, but don't change others.) 4.From manu bar, select Edit->Compare Document and choose original file to compare. 5.Nothing happen. Actually, one file contains a frame and another doesn't. However, “Compare Document” can't find the different.
Tested on 1.1Beta. This is still occuring.
Reassigned to Hasan.
HI: Graphics will also not shown. To display such objects are not supported in this feature in current. In cause of no defect, I set the Type to Enhancement.
Considered for 'Office later'.
