Improve adjustment of small column width using mouse

I can't set width less than 0,31 mm or 0,28 mm for columns. This minimal width is varying. I need 0,1 - but I can't.

Indeed, there is a problem to minimize column width dragging the vertical column border in the column header using mouse pointer. It's a little difficult, but I can shrink a column with until 0,28mm (visible in tool tipp), but when I release lft mouse button, the with increases to 0,58mm (or similar). @mr_smyle: Is "11." your problem you wanted to report?
Ok! I will read guides. Thank you! Yes, "11." is my problem. After releasing mouse - column width not equal to that I see in tooltip. 1. Scale 100% 2. Drag border of column. Until I see 0,11 in tooltip. 3. Release mouse button and width became 0,28 mm.
I do not see a big common interest for this, because an alternative/workaround (use menu) exists.
I think it related to width of one letter in column header 'A','B','C' etc. May be it easy to fix?
Confirming with OO3.2 on WinXP - as described.
It appears that the smallest width that you can set a column to with the mouse is related to the zoom level - zoom in further, and you can drag the column width to be narrower with the mouse.
