Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 93915
ISFORMULA fails in array-context and SUMPRODUCT
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:11:18 UTC
{=ISFORMULA(vector)} =SUMPRODUCT(ISFORMULA(vector)) ... fail, whereas ISNUMBER and ISTEXT seem to work in this context.

Side note: The attached sheet demostrates another issue I filed as http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=93916
I confirm on OOo3.1.1 and DEV300m55 Steps to reproduce : - in A1 to A5, input text, numbers and formulas - in B1 : =ISFORMULA(A1:A5) and valid with Ctrl+Shift+Enter (matrix validation) The expect résult is false... Another function with same bad résult : =FORMULA(A1:A5) and valid with Ctrl+Shift+Enter (matrix validation) The expect résult is false... Now, it's not possible to calculate formula's quantity in sheets. Regards
Grabbing issue. Note that SUMPRODUCT forces its arguments into array context, so the underlying cause is identical.
I also confirm this bug. The TYPE function seems to be also affected.
The FORMULE function is also affected.
