When drawing a star, it is possible to stretch the branches, by dragging the
yellow handle. But this is not possible with a 12 branches star as the handle is
missing. This fails in all components of OOo.

How to reproduce:
- draw a 24 branches star and check that you can stretch the branches.
- then draw a 12 branches, notice that the yellow handle is missing.

This problem still exists in OOo3.0rc4
