Description jenak37 2008-08-19 23:59:53 UTC
I have recently had a crash a restored from a backup prior to when I had office
org 24 installed . I have tried downloading a new file from your web site 7
times and each time I get a corrupt file . is there a problem with your
download site ??? I have tried clearing browser cache and have updated jre 6.0
with the latest java update. Should I uninstall the update and try again as
since the update explorer 7 seems very unstable. There is no problem with the
installer as I have tried uninstalling and re installing other programs and the
installer works fine.. you can contact me at jenak37@telus.net if there is
another site to get the download from or a file that is not corrupt. I am
logged in as an administrator and I have tries opening under administrative
only all gets corrupt file cannot install. thanks
