Changes in drawing document templates are not propagated correctly to depending
documents. Only 60% will be done. I can't see an algorithm witch template is
changed and witch not

Can you please give a detailed step by step description of what you 
are doing to reproduce the bug? Thanks for your help!

Hm ... I'm sorry. But I can't create any draw document with a document
template connection. I don't know how I create the document with the
failure ...
I try following template positions:
- Some randomed position in the file system
- In my user template dir
- In the shared template dir (I use a network installtion)

I will attached my test template file (perhaps it has an error?)

Sorry, but your description sounds like you want to have a link
between the template and the depending document. This is not possible
at the moment. If you want to have this feature please write a
feature-issue.
