Crashreporter doesn't start after document recovery when killing office in
taskmanager under windows (XP) before. Works in older version OOo 2.x

Also occurs in OOo 3.0 beta2, OOo-dev m28

Closing issue after discussion with HRO. kill.exe should be used and will be
updated next build.
