About drag-mode switching during dragging a shape.

Usually, if a user quickly move a mouse after pressing mouse button 
on a shape, the drag-mode is moving-shape-mode. 
On one hand, if a user does not move a mouse for a few seconds 
after pressing mouse-button on a shape, the drag-mode is 
operating-object-mode for object save to gallery.

The time of pressing button is about 0.5 second in my eyes.
Namely, a time of switching drag-mode is too short.

This shortness of time is not easy to use for slow persons like me.
Because the outline of shape disappear after mode switching. 

Would you please change a time of switching drag-mode at default to 2 seconds. 
And, would you please add item of adjusting the time to option dialog, if possible.

This is an issue of usability and user experience because it is difficult to
grab, move and place an image or a shape where you want.
