I found some translation issues in javainstaller2/src/Localization.po.

- inconsistent translation for 'Accept License'
    契約条件に同意する
    ライセンスに同意

- unnecessary word '{&Tahoma9} '
   {&Tahoma9}機能の説明

- inconsistent translation for 'Install now'
   今すぐインストール
　 直ちにインストール
