Open an OpenOffice-Application (tested with Writer and Calc) on your secondary 
screen (using multiple monitors and the "extend my desktop to secondary 
screen" feature of Windows XP). Then right-Click somewhere - the context menu 
does not show up next to the mouse pointer, but at the "nearest" location on 
your primary screen.

Indeed, you filed this issue correctly, but unfortunately there's
