1. open a new text document
2. create a new form via the Formular Navigator (located in the Form Design toolbar)
3. bind the form to the table biblio in the database Bibliography
4. open the "add field dialog"
5. double click on the field Identifier
==>> as you can see in the form navigator the is a form for each control

fixed in CWS dba30d. Added test case complex.dbaccess.DataSource to prevent the
root cause for this bug from re-appearing.
