Hi Vladimir,
Here is a fixed version.

I fix all errors except one
"Error: File format, Line 2: No source language entry defined!"

I think it's not a error. because the contents of err.sdf are sorted in reverse
order(it means if 'en - and local' is a correct pair, in the file, it is 'local
- en')
