expat is now used in xmlhelp, but the appropiate SYSTEM_EXPAT define isn't in
the makefile.mk

cmc->abi: able to verify this change in
xmlhelp/source/com/sun/star/help/makefile.mk in cmcfixes43 ? 

unless it has been fixed elsewhere already, but I can't see any indication of that.

Looks like its the integration of ab45 that needs this extra bit added on for
the system-case

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
