We need to have a new component in issuezilla called "bidi" for reporting bidi
bugs. Bidi bugs are bugs related to RTL text input, display and printing such as
mixed Arabic and English text and mixed Hebrew and English text.

More and more components just lead to more confusion for end users
reporting bugs in IssueZilla. I understand that BIDI is important, but
I'd like to have it as a subcomponent of l10n, because that's exactly
what it is from my point of view. Is that OK for you?

Hi Michael,
A "bidi" subcomponent under i10n would solve the problem. I agree that
there are already too many components. I suggest that we also agree on
two Keywords "Arabic" and "Hebrew" to further refine the
classification scheme.

Introduced the subcomponent BIDI to component L10N. Added the keywords
"Arabic" and "Hebrew".
