Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 84834
exporting a master document to pdf changes the layout
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:19:41 UTC
1) Open the attached test.odm file. 2) choose "No" when it asks if it should "Update all links". 3) In the Navigator window, right click and choose "Update | All". 4) Go to the last page, observe that there are two graphics there. 5) Click the export to PDF button to export the file test.pdf. 6) Observe that now there is only one graphic on the last page. This is a very serious issue as it changes the layout silently and expectedly.
Created attachment 50538 [details] master document
Created attachment 50539 [details] first memeber file
Created attachment 50540 [details] second memeber file
In addition, if you choose "Update all links" when the master document is opened, you'll find that there is only one graphic on the last page. But then if you update F2 again, you'll see two graphics. Updating a file which hasn't changed shouldn't make any difference, right?
Changing the "Default" page style to 6"x9" seems to have a beneficial effect, although I am not sure if it certainly fixes the problem.

HI->ES: Could not reproduce, please have a look.

@OD: Layout changes when prining to PDF or pressing Update All. Does change when printed.
First investigation reveals that due to a layout error the last graphics moves one page forward. Further investigations are needed.
Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
