If I Open a MS Word document with OO.o writer from two Pc, Writer opens the
document without any errors/warnings.  
I think would be better to have some sort of errors to indicate that the
document is already open from another user. 
The same thing  should warn that the document is already open when i try to save
the document.

Framework issue. This refers to all Applications in OOo.
