In windows XP (and probably other windows versions) when using a multiple 
monitor configuration with the primary display to the right of secondary 
display.

When using any OpenOffice.org application on the left (secondary screen where 
X co-ordinates are negative) the menus and tooltips appear on the right hand 
(primary) screen.

This is a common problem in many apps when using multimonitor configurations.

I cannot personally confirm this, but this is the wrong component.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
