hi, i hope this feature can be enable. here's the case.

if A person opened a file in from the network for editing, and if i opened the 
file there will be a warning telling me that it is read only, but i don't know 
who is the person, and i desperately need the editing. the person might forgot 
to close the file or other reasons. i wish that open office can capture the 
userid who opened the file.
