The grid settings, grid colour and grid spacing, are hard to find and in two 
different locations. You would expect to be able to access these settings from 
the same menu that contains the "Show grid", "Snap to grid" and "Grid on top" 
options.

Set to new and change the target.

I can reproduce the 'bug'
It's very hard to find the setting for the grid color.
In my mind we need a help entry.
Please have a look.

Isn't that one of the hallmarks of bad UI design? If people have to look in 
the help file, that means that something was not located where they thought it 
would be. Id est, that it was located in the wrong place.

P.S. It is perfectly conceivable that something should be put in two places, 
if necessary. In a way it makes sense that the grid colour setting is in the 
colours dialog. But that doesn't mean it can't be in the grid menu too.

Added a note where to find grid color setting to files shared/01/grid.xhp and
shared/optionen/01050100.xhp in CWS hcshared10.
However, this is an issue about incomplete UI -> features
