currently there are 5 seperate entries (Line,Area,Text,Position,Description) 
and another 2 when having entered the textbox (Character, Paragraph)

there should be a "Properties" entry whose dialogue box contains all 7 
functions via register cards (is this understandable?), when selecting sth in 
the Charater register card of the properties menu, these attributes are applied 
to all characters inside the text box (make the user aware about that via a 
text line in the register card).


Alternatively, have this all-purpose doalogue box always pop up only when 
chosing "Area" or "Line" or else, the dialogue box is opened with the 
appropriate register card "On top"

also be aware of issue 7449 (user customizable context menus) and 
issue 6741 (more sensible Navigator)

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
