- create an Impress/Draw document with several slides.
- change the background with 'Format/Page/Background'
- confirm the question with No to assign the background only to thew current slide
- change the background again but confirm the question with Yes to assign the
background to all slides.
- all slides but the one you changed before get the new background.
- in my mind all slides with the same master slide should be changed.
Please have a look.
