Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 75548
Calc: Chinese (Traditional) translation issue in menu items, etc.
Last modified: 2013-01-29 21:59:03 UTC
1. The use of <lie4> 列 instead of <hang2> 行 in table operations, make one think they should be <hang2>. Compare with http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=75380. 2. In "Tools -> Macro -> 數位簽名(&B) (digital signature?)", there is a Chinese ellipses. I wonder whether it should be Latin. 3. In "Format -> Sheet -> Rename(&R)", there is also a Chinese ellipses. I wonder whether it should be Latin. 4. Can you also check all other menu items? Thanks. Qiyao Please also check the Chinese (Simplified) translation.
Changing component to l10n, as it seems to be more appropriate. zhongqiyao, please also test the soon to be released v2.2.
Microsoft Windows XP Home SP2, Chinese (traditional char). OpenOffice Calc 2.2.1, Chinese (traditional char). 1. The "Format -> Sheet -> Rename(&R)" is correct. 2. The "Tools(&T) -> Macro(&M) -> 數位簽名(&B) (digital signature?)" is still not correct. 3. Could you also check in *all* menu items in *all* applications, not just Calc? Thanks. Qiyao
One more: Format(&O) -> Bullets(&B)... This Chinese elipses also needs to be changed to Latin. Could you also check in *all* menu items in *all* applications, not just Calc? Thanks. Qiyao
