Description kpalagin 2007-03-20 03:40:08 UTC
If I undock pane right clicking it brings context menu just for the time I am
holding right mouse button down.
This affects at least Task and Slide panes in Impress, Pages pane in Draw (and
probably others).
Repro steps:
1. Start Impress, drag Slides pane (on the left) to the middle of the screen
to undock.
2. Right-click and hold the white space between two slides - you will see
context menu. Release right mouse button - context menu disappears. Now try
right-clicking it - menu briefly shows up and instantly disappears, confusing
new users.

This looks like an issue that is unique for these windows. The context menu in
e.g. the Stylist works properly even if undocked. So I change the component to
"Presentation" (Draw and Impress more or less share the code).

This only happens with a undocked pane. With a docked one the context menu stays
visible.

Dear developers,
any chance to fix this issue for 2.4?
Thanks a lot for your attention.
WBR,
Kirill Palagin.
