The extrusion lighting has 3 preset levels (bright, normal, dim). This normally
does not meet the user's requirements: Except the "bright" setting, the others
are too dark.

Instead, provide two sliders: Brightness and Contrast.
Also provide spinner controls for these parameters, so that the user can set the
exact value he wants.
