If Server Timout in TestTool is set to timeO, a value lower than time in .exits(
time) and a dialog needs more time to come up than timeO, an error is thrown:
Server Timout.

Issue: .exists() and .notexists() should not depend on Server Timeout setting in
TestTool settings.
