Page pane in Draw does not behave well if it is resized below certain width.
1. Please see on attached "page-pane-size.jpg" that thumbnails are not scaled 
below certain size. This diminishes usability of page pane for navigation in 
long documents.
2. If you reduce it's width to smallest possible size you can not widen it any 
more - mouse pointer would not turn in "Horizontal Resize" or "Diagonal 
Resize" and you are stuck forever with unusable pane untill you go hack 
configuration files.
