formulas during breaking apart move down. If these formulas have fractions,
fraction bars dont't move.

Igor, thanks for posting.

Could you please attach a file we can use to duplicate this problem?

Thanks.

Igor thanks for including a file.

Could you please list the steps we need to follow to reproduce your
problem?

We need to know which application you are using, and how you caused
the formula to break into individual objects.
Comment 4 Unknown 2002-09-07 17:40:55 UTC
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch OODraw
2. Insert Object -> Formula
3. Type formula with fraction:
  %alpha over %beta
4. Close formula editor window
5. Right click on formula -> Break
That's all.

Software:
OpenOffice.org 1.0.1 from ftp://ftp.chg.ru/pub/OpenOffice/1.0.1/
Debian GNU/Linux (sid)
kernel 2.4.19-athlon
XFree86 4.1

Excellent stuff Igor. I now understand what you are referring to.

In summary, the relative positioning of the various symbols in a
formula is lost when the formula is broken up into individual objects.

Open up the user supplied file and try breaking the formula on the
left.

I can reproduce this in a OO version 1.0.1 but not in an actual
internal version. This will be fixed in OO version 1.1. Thanks for
your help!
