WinXP with all the patches.  When I run any OO app, it opens on the first
display, regardless of where the app was last opened.  So it seems its not
remembering its window position.

The real problem occurs if I drag the app to the 2nd display.  All the pull-down
menus remain on the first display.  If I click the file menu, the menu appears
justified to the right edge of the first monitor.  Quite weird.

I tested with various OO apps:  Writer, Math, Draw.
