Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 7335
using mouse to scroll like in Acrobat Reader?
Last modified: 2013-02-07 22:37:14 UTC
possible? otherwise suggestion
I use a mouse to scroll. No problem. Riddling about your description (please have a look at http://www.openoffice.org/bugs/bug_writing_guidelines.html), I think you mean the "hand" mouse pointer that enables you to drag the document without a wheel mouse or use of the scroll bar. Reassigned to Christian.
you're right; here the description and summary was not clear yes; I meant the "hand" mouse pointer
Reassiged to Bettina.

It is still true that this feature does not exist in Ooo Writer. You cannot drag the document using a "hand" mouse pointer, like in Acrobat reader. It would be a nice feature, at least as an option.
Writing documents is one thing, but viewing PDFs with Writer is another!! That's why this feature is a must.
