The bullet lists are generally not consistent with their behaviour in Word
processor.

Try these:
1) Create list, then press enter twice. In word processor, last bullet
disappeared. Why not in Impress? (You have to do Shift+Enter)
2) Variation to 1. Press Shift + Enter, then Enter. Voila, bullet.
2) Why lists have zero padding in default? Very annoying

In my mind this is not a defect but an enhancement.
