This is a fairly elementary example of linking two database tables
on a form by using a named parameter.

It is nearly done but needs a little more work.
It is posted here so people can look it over and 
offer suggestions.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
