Just a small fix to the Industrial theme. The following high contrast (HC) icons
are not needed (they are not HC anyway!):
industrial/res/sch06694.png
industrial/res/commandimagelist/lch_helpindex.png
industrial/res/commandimagelist/sch_helpindex.png

We can remove them with some confidence, as we should fall-back to using the HC
icons from the Default theme at build time.
